I am writing to recommend Howard Kaye as a highly qualified, detail oriented and competitively priced distributor and installer of window treatments. I first met him in 2018 when he installed plantation shutters and blinds throughout my custom-built townhouse in Pennington. Coming out of a pandemic, it isn’t easy to complete home projects given supply chain issues, lack of committed and available workers and general delays. However, Howard put every concern at ease. He easily handled the different requirements of the three rooms I needed window covering for. The process was seamless and professional! Howard’s communication was fantastic. He called when he said he would, and arrived for each appointment on time! During my ordering process there was a question as to which color shade I wanted. When our notes differed and our memories were fuzzy, Howard didn’t just guess or “go with what he thought”. He insisted he make the trip back to my house to look again and reconfirm. He went out of his way to make sure the order was correct. Howard’s product knowledge and recommendations were top notch.
